Lotus Evora Cup (2010): first official pictures
Thu, 14 Jan 2010This is the Lotus Evora Cup, unveiled at the Autosport International show today. With a 4.0-litre engine, an aero kit created by Italian specialists Dallara, and the road car's sweet chassis, the Evora Cup should turn a special sports car into an outstanding racer. Underneath the evocative Epsom Green paint and Solar Yellow stripe, the Cup is still fundamentally the same as a road-going Evora – this isn’t a silhouette racer.
Bentley Biofuel Supercar to debut at Geneva
Wed, 28 Jan 2009We knew Bentley was playing with biofuel for its cars (and the Queen’s Bentley to boot!) and the first ‘Teaser’ news comes that the first car to use this technology for Bentley will be making an appearance at the Geneva Motor Show in March. As this is all tease and no detail, Bentley are not giving us any technical specs yet. All they will say is that this will be the most powerful Bentley in production.

Based on existing Legacy architecture, the Exiga has a long 2750mm wheelbase, and at 4750mm long, 1775mm wide and 1660mm high, it’s roughly the same size as Ford’s S-Max. There’s a choice of two engines – both 2.0-litre petrols and both flat fours.
