This is for one new old stock (NOS) Blata Blatino Scooter Rear Wheel Complete with Cheng Shin 2.80/2.50 Tire,  it came from a closed shop (they wrote on the rim see pictures for date stamp on tire) there is storage dust and light surface rust! There are bearings included.
