2014 Chevrolet Silverado spied in Colorado

The 2014 Chevrolet Silverado is a redesign of a key General Motors moneymaker.

Autoweek reader Robert Trzaska submitted this photo taken en route to Vail, Colo.

The truck does have some dirt on it, but not enough for us. Especially with a perfectly good gravel road and what appears to be a trail behind it.

The quad-cab pickup has a distinctive Chevrolet silhouette, with a six-spoke variation of the five-spoke standard Silverado wheels wearing Goodyear Wrangler tires. Since no exterior features or details were available, there is no telling if this is the new Silverado's High Country luxury package.

We are hoping to see the truck without the clunky camouflage stuck to the body at the upcoming auto shows in early 2013.
