The Audi A1 S line Style Edition (pictured) joins the A1 range
Audi, as we know, likes to fill every niche it can with new car product, and it also loves to fill in any gap it perceives in its model trim lineup. So the bean counters at Audi have decided that there’s a hole in the A1 range for a car that’s a bit better equipped than an A1 S Line, but not quite as good as the A1 Black Edition. So say hello to the Audi A1 S line Style Edition.
The A1 S Line Style Edition comes with £2,200 worth of extra equipment over and above the already decent spec of the S Line, but costs just £950 more.
The extra equipment on offer includes a choice of four pearl-effect metallic paint finishes - Ice Silver, Phantom Black, Misano Red or Glacier White – with gloss black highlights, which means on the roof line on the three-door and full gloss black roof on the Sportback and on the door mirrors.
The extra black pack also throws in a black styling pack which adds a matt black grill with gloss black surround and matt black for the fog light surrounds and number plate holder.
Other exterior goodies include xenons with LED running lights and a set of 17″ bi-colour alloys and the interior gets air vents in either Misano Red, Gloss Black or Glacier White depending on exterior colour choice.
Engine choices are the 1.2 TFSI 86PS, 1.4 TFSI 122PS with manual or S tronic ‘box or the 1.6 TDI 105PS.
The Audi A1 S Line Style Edition is now on sale with prices from £18,125.
