Cars of the future at the Royal College Art Vehicle Design Show 2013Wed, 21 Aug 2013
If you believe everything you read in the media, 'the yoof of today' are falling out of love with the car. Today it's more about the latest smartphone than getting behind the wheel of your first car. But then with social media replacing proper conversation, perhaps a car is no longer needed?
Pah - of course the car is still needed. So it's heart-warming to see that the future of automotive design is in good hands. The Royal College of Art's (RCA) Vehicle Design course is the place where the next generation of design chiefs will be found. And if the class of 2013 is anything to go by, the cars of the future could be very interesting indeed.
