Chevrolet Cruze Station Wagon (Estate) Prices – costs from £15,375 & on sale Autumn 2012

Fri, 29 Jun 2012

Prices have been revealed for the estate version of the Chevy Cruze – the Cruze SW – starting at £15,375.

We had the first news of the estate version of the Chevy Cruze Hatch and saloon back in January with a single photo of the Chevrolet Cruze SW – and not a lot else.

Perhaps, as Chevrolet aren’t exactly used to building small estate cars, they hadn’t quite worked out what they were able to offer. But now they have and they’ve dreamt up some prices too.

The entry-level Cruze SW comes in LS trim with a 123bhp 1.6 litre petrol engine and gets AirCon, roof rails, electric front windows and central locking for £15,375, which doesn’t seem too terrible.

Up a notch to the Cruse SW LT and you can also have a 1.8 litre petrol with 139bhp or a 1.7 litre diesel with 128bhp and you get more kit – rear parking sensors, Cruise, 16″ alloys, electric rear windows and a leather steering wheel.

The LT costs £16,465 with the 1.6 litre petrol, £18,075 for the 1.8 litre petrol with auto ‘box and £18,925 if you want the diesel.

Top of the tree for the Cruse Estate is the 1.7 VCDi LTZ NAV which, as you might expect, gets the 1.7 litre diesel and SatNav as well as auto lights and wipers, rear parking sensors with camera, Climate and Bluetooth. It’ll set you back £19,785.

The Chevrolet Cruze SW goes on sale in the Autumn.
