Faster Cat: Arden tunes the Jaguar XKR 75

Jaguar celebrated its 75th anniversary with a number of special models, including the fleet-footed XKR 75. And a British tuner is goosing this lithe coupe even more.

Arden boosts output to 580 hp and 531 lb-ft of twist, while bolting on a high-performance exhaust system and sport catalysts. The time to 62 mph is cut three-tenths of a second to 4.3 seconds.

Optional equipment includes a lower suspension with firmer springs, 21-inch wheels and a handmade stainless-steel grille.

Top speed is raised from 174 mph to 190 mph.
