Ferrari F620 (or is it Ferrari F600?) Spied

The replacement for the Ferrari 599 has been spied testing in Italy, complete with enough clothing for an Arctic jaunt. But what is it to be called. Is it the Ferrari F620? Or could it be the Ferrari F600?
The sensible money is on the 599′s replacement being the F620 (its internal codename is the F152) and it’s expected to get the 6.3 litre V12 from the Ferrari FF, but instead of the FF’s 650bhp, the F620 is expected to be tweaked to deliver over 700bhp.
Power of over 700bhp will make the F620 the most powerful car in Ferrari’s range (at least until we see the Enzo’s replacement – the F70) and more powerful even than the Lamborghini Aventador. And with much use of aluminium the F620 will not only have more power that the 599 (or FF) but weigh a lot less too.
Power will be sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed F1 dual-clutch flappy-paddle box with an electronic diff at the back, and it seems unlikely Ferrari will endow the F620 with the 4WD setup from the FF. But don’t rule that out – or a hybrid option.
The only doubt we have about the F620 name is rooted in a story we ran when the 458 was launched. When Ferrari updated their site to show details of the 458 they managed to put up an image of a car they called the Ferrari 600 GTB.
It’s likely that the 600 GTB image was either an outright mistake, or a prank by a soon to depart website bod. But it could be that Ferrari have planned the new 599 to be the 600 GTB (or F600) instead.
But whether Ferrari call the new 599 the 600 GTB, F600 or F620, it’s likley to arrive at the Geneva Motor Show in the Spring of 2012.
