In pictures: the new £5m Haynes International Motor Museum

Wed, 23 Apr 2014

Anyone who has headed to the West Country on the A303 over the past two and a half years can’t have failed to notice the building work going on at the Haynes International Motor Museum. The museum - which first opened its doors in 1985 - has been the subject of a £5 million modernisation project.

But finally - some ten years after the original plans were drawn up - the new and much improved Haynes International Museum is now open to the public. MSN Cars was in Somerset on a glorious April afternoon to attend the opening ceremony.
