Petrolicious is talking about artist Rene Jules Lalique and his famous “car mascots.” Lalique was a French designer known for his glass art, perfume bottles jewelry and of course hood ornaments. Petrolicious has a selection of detailed pictures from Lalique, each one more impressive than the last.

Bring a Trailer is hawking a 1967 TVR 2200S Special Race Car on its website. The seller races the car with the Vintage Sports Car Drivers Association, but it’s also street legal. The car is out of Barrington, Ill. for $37,000.

If the 1967 TVR isn’t your speed then head over to H.R. Owen and check out this real Jaguar XK220. According to the site, this Jag is the only un-registered, deliver mileage on the market. Apparently it had only been driven for testing and was then sold to a collector for 420,000 pounds. We’re not sure what the price is, you know if you can afford it.

Mopar Muscle caught the Dodge Challenger Hellcat nearly uncamouflaged in the wild earlier this week. Rumor has it that Dodge is stuffing a supercharged Hemi inside its bulky ponycar to compete with Mustang GT500 and Camaro ZL1.
