Peugeot 207 CC Facelift – detail

Mon, 06 Jul 2009

Peugeot has released the facelifted version of the 207 CC Coupe Cabriolet

The Peugeot 207 CC is a decent car; not at all bad looking and a reasonable drive, if a little lacking in quality and spec in some areas. The facelifted 207 CC goes some way to addressing that.

The front end of the 207 CC gets the same treatment as the rest of the 207 range with a softer, more fluid nose. There is greater use of body-colouring and a set of round fogs get integrated at the front corners. At the back, the 207 CC gets LED lights and – if you have parking sensors fitted – the bumper gets body-coloured. From the side the biggest change is new alloys, and if you start spending money you can have the rubbing strips in chrome. There is also a new colour choice added – Inari Blue.

Interior colour choices are black or grey (leather or cloth) – not exactly inspiring – and Peugeot has had a play with some of the features and controls. The AirCon gets a more up-market feel; indicators now have a one-touch function (useful on motorways) and you get one-shot windows. You also get the option of Peugeot’s Connect USB with Bluetooth and Peugeot Connect Navigation. Not exactly overwhelming changes.

Prices start at £16,695 and UK sales start in August. You won’t be surprised to learn that there is huge detail in the Peugeot 207 CC Facelift Press Release.
