This is an BMW lapel pin. It was patterned from an original emblem,  and is 1" round. It is a Cloisonné pin, meaning it is a die struck metal ( not plastic or paper ), with a hand painted enamel colors. These are top-of-the-line, jewelry-quality emblems. Cloisonné emblems have a smooth, hard-polished look, with a raised metal 3 dimensional look and feel, and are exactly the same as what we use in our shift knobs and key fobs. Any fuzziness is due to the extreme close up picture, not the emblem itself. It is chrome with the BMW colors .
