Do not attempt to open & try to repair it yourself. The process is
a tedious one and damage can easily occur if you do not know what you
are doing. If repair has been attempted and damage occurred, please contact us first. We can replace screen glass at an additional cost. All return shipping
will be through USPS Priority Service (Air Mail). International members
will have a USPS Priority Air Mail service, unless Express is paid for.
We do not cut corners. Only high
quality parts are used. Please also understand, these do NOT need
"re-programming", unless you want to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit.

How Does it Work?
It's
as Easy as 1, 2, 3!
1..
Simply 'pop' your Climate Control Unit out ~~~ It's Very Easy!!

Option 1: Use a 2mm Allen Key to pull radio forward,
then push your HVAC forward with your finger. It will come right out! Requires
~1 minute. -
Option 2: You can also pop your unit out by sliding your
On Board Computer out from the bottom. Push your Climate Control unit
forward using your fingers.
2.. Disconnect all
wiring. The blue harness has an arm that will swing upward when the back
'button' is pushed in softly.
3.. You will receive
mailing instructions after the service is bought and paid for. Please
then take your part securely packaged to FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Post
Office, etc. to have it mailed in.
If you do not
want to remove yourself I will do it for your locally, or take it to a
stereo installation center and they can do it for you. - no problem!
Note: For a little comfort, just disable the HVAC
Blower Motor buy pulling the #20 fuse in your fuse box (it is a Green,
30 amp fuse). By default, the Heat is set on HIGH, this will
elevate the heat blowing on your feet.
