If part has damage, we will post pictures along with brief description so that buyer can make a choice to purchase or not. We encourage all of our customers to shop with confidence knowing that all used parts sold are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure complete satisfaction upon arrival.  We also make sure that every part that leaves our warehouse is clean and presentable.  In the rare instance where a customer is not satisfied with the product, we will offer a full refund or provide an exchange.  We ask that buyer contact us within 3 days via email after receiving item to resolve any issues.  If item arrived broken or defective, buyer will NOT be responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee will apply on orders purchased by mistake or if item is not needed any more.
