SHIPPING: We only ship to Canada and USA (lower 48 states). Shipping is done with various companies, Fedex/UPS ground only,
A FEDEX/UPS tracking # will be sent to the customer's email address and updated on your account.

We do not ship INTERNATIONALLY. Some exceptions will be made depending on item and country, contact us prior bidding for a quote.

We do not ship to ALASKA, PR and HI.

Combined shipping is available if its possible to do so meaning both items have to be similar size and cannot add extensive weight to
the package.

SHIPPING TIME: Most orders are usually shipped within 1 business days of purchase. This means Mon-Fri. We do not ship on Saturday/Sunday or statutory holidays.
Due to unexpected issues, weather/emergencies there is sometimes longer shipping delays, you will be contacted if that happens.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment. Keep all packing boxes. Take pictures of the damaged part.
Send it over to us. We will arrange to have the item picked up from you, file a damaged claim, once resolved, you will be refunded.
If we have a replacement part in stock that will be sent to you. Communication is the best way to solve issues.

RETURNS: We accept returns if the item is damaged or defective and not as described. We do NOT accept returns for improper fitment.
