The intake has been used put very carefully taken care off. The only defects it has is the clear on the top part of the air box has a bit of faded clear. Out of the all intake this really is the only visible mark on the clear.

This design is a direct fit to your S54 throttle bodies its comes with the Alfa N tune sensor installed or it can be used with any E46 M3 Cold air intake. Other intakes do not give you 

the flexibility of using the Alfa N tune or stock set up. This intake was used on our E46 M3 race car combined with headers and tune for about a 30hp increase.

One day before the International Consumer Electronics Show opened its doors in Las Vegas, Toyota took the wraps off the highest-tech Lexus LS ever made. The car -- with spinning sensors and probing lasers galore -- is meant to demonstrate safety features that could be coming to production cars someday soon. Called the Advanced Safety Research Vehicle, it sure looked like some of the autonomous self-driving vehicles we saw at the DARPA Challenge, but Toyota stressed that a robot car is not the goal.
