Congestion in London accounts for £2 billion of the overall annual cost, the report by traffic information company Inrix and the Centre for Economics and Business Research (Cebr) showed. It is actually a full production model with a stack of track logos splatted on it. Our snapper says it was a fully trimmed car with a full road car interior.
