Terms and Shipping

1. We offer a one day handling policy on all listings unless otherwise stated. Items will ship within the next business day.
2. South Sound Motorcycles is open Tuesday - Saturday. We are closed on Sunday & Monday. Items will only ship Tuesday-Friday. Items purchased over the weekend will ship on Tuesday.
3. All residents in the state of Washington will be charged a 9.5% sales tax.
4. We ship ALL items via UPS Ground unless otherwise stated.
5. Expedited services (overnight, 2-day air, etc.) may be available upon request. Please contact us for more information.
6. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
7. We do not ship directly to any addresses outside of the USA. ALL international shipping is handled through eBay’s Global Shipping Program. Please read their policies for more information.
8. All items will have tracking numbers uploaded and available within the next business day. 
9. South Sound Motorcycles is not responsible for shipping carrier mistakes or delays.
10. We do NOT offer returns on any of our listings.

Payment

1. ALL payments MUST be made via PayPal. (credit card/debit card payments are accepted by eBay via PayPal).
2. EBay listings CANNOT be purchased over the phone. We specifically utilize eBay for the sale of our items listed therein. These items are not available in our shop’s POS system and therefore MUST be purchased via the SSMC eBay online store.
3. Payment MUST be made within 48 hours of the posted purchase time or your order may be cancelled and the item re-listed.
