Chip is untested as I do not have the car required to use it, nor do I know if it needs a reset or a reprogramming. I do not know much about this so I cannot answer any questions about it. I can say that the green light lights up when plugged into my car (not BMW), and then proceeds to blink fast as it is reading/processing. I am sure it is fine. If you know how to use this and what to do with it, you will be getting a good deal.

The changes would have involved the introduction of a probationary licence for the first 12 months, a curfew on driving late at night and compulsory lessons on motorway driving. But plans have been scraped because they would restrict young drivers’ lives too much.

Fri, 28 Oct 2011

In September we told you about one of the world's oldest four-wheeled machines going up for auction at an RM event. In January 2012, the perfect companion piece to that $4.6 million horseless carriage is being sold--a 1894 Roper Steam-Powered Runabout motorbike. The Roper bike is the second of two built by Sylvester Roper of Roxbury, Mass., and is regarded as one of the world's oldest, predating the earliest Orient, Indian and Harley-Davidsons.
