This unit was removed from our ex-United Airlines 737-322 tail # N326UA pictured below and is located in our warehouse in Tempe, AZ. No trace paperwork will be provided unless an agreement is made before auction close. Units are sold as-is as pictured.

Buyer understands and agrees to abide by the following:

 -The aircraft part or equipment being provided by SWISSTEKNIK are subject to export controls under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, 15 C.F.R. Parts 730-774, and other export control laws and regulations of the United States and may require authorization from the U.S. Government.

-Guarantees that the products are intended for and will be only used for civil uses, and will not be used on a military aircraft, or for operations permitting the aircraft to fly to any restricted country or for transfer (or transfer of possession or operational control) to any restricted country.  Customer further certifies that the products will not be sold, re-exported or deployed for use by a military unit in China or any other country without prior authorization from the U.S. Government.

-Will not sell, transfer, export or re-export any of these products for use in activities which involve the development, production, use or stockpiling of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or missiles, nor use these products in any facilities which are engaged in activities related to such weapons.
