Brand New Genuine Bosch Lambda Oxygen Sensor

(O2 Sensor/Exhaust Gas Analyzer Transmitter)

Here’s what I know about this O2 Sensor:

  • It is Brand New Genuine Bosch Lambda Oxygen Sensor
  • The Bosch part number is 0 281 004 171
  • It has a 6 Pin Connector Plug
  • The Connector Plug number is 1 928 404 687
  • The overall length is 39”
  • It has a 14” hi-temp silicon jacketed insulator on the sensor end

These OEM O2 Sensors were included with a large Fuel Injector inventory we recently purchased.  We specialize in Fuel Injectors for Automotive & Light Truck applications and have access to multiple catalog sources & electronic databases for application information & specs on Automotive Parts. However, we can not find any specific application data or specs on this particular item.

This sensor may be an OEM part for an Export vehicle, a Heavy Duty/Commercial Truck application, Military Vehicle, or Ag or Commercial Equipment.  We simply cannot identify it.

A Google search for the part number 0 281 004 171 references another Ebay sellers link stating that it fits International Trucks. The search also shows several European links. However, a Google search for the connector, part number 1 928 404 687, yields a link to the Bosch Motorsports web site and also to this web site http://wbo2.com/cable/lsuconns.htm. That link includes lots of Tech Data about Bosch Lambda Racing and High Performance O2 sensors. I don’t know if this sensor could be adapted for modified race applications or not.

Here’s what I DO NOT know about this O2 Sensor:

  • I do not know what it fits or what it was an OEM part for
  • I do not know if it is an LSU 4.2 or LSU 4.9 version sensor
  • I do not have any cross-reference part numbers on it

Since I have limited information on this sensor, it is being sold on a “by part number” and an “as-is sale” only. Please make sure that this is the sensor you need before ordering it.  I can not accept returns on this item due to “Does not fit my vehicle or for any other reason

If this auction lists the item as “New or New in its original factory packaging” … that’s exactly what it is.  Warranties or Guarantees offered by the manufacturer of that item may be applicable. This merchandise is being sold by a Private Party. Please note that I am not an authorized Wholesaler, Distributor, Dealer or Retailer for any product or company.  I do not personally Warrant or Guarantee any item, unless stated so in the listing above. In the event you have a problem with any item that states it is covered by a Warranty, as indicated in that item’s listing, please contact me for immediate assistance and helpful instructions.

I make every reasonable attempt to describe all items I sell on Ebay honestly and to fairly represent its status and condition. Additionally, I try to post high quality photos to help you see what you are bidding on or buying. If you desire additional photos or details regarding any item, please contact me before bidding and I’ll do my very best to comply.

The shipping charge shown in this auction is for delivery via USPS Priority Mail or possibly by UPS in certain situations. All shipments are insured up to $100 at no extra cost to you. If you are in AK or HI there may be additional shipping costs involved depending on the shipping method used and circumstances, such as expedited Air Delivery requests. Please inquire prior to bidding.

The bottom line is that I’m also a regular Ebay BUYER so I strive to be the kind of seller that I like doing business with!  I’ve been an Ebay member in good standing since 2000. I have an inventory of New Auto Parts and Tool & Equipment items that I periodically sell on Ebay, but I also sell various personal items such as old collectibles, figurines, toys, antiques, memorabilia and other pieces. Selling on Ebay is a hobby for me, not a full-time business.

I typically ship all items within two business days after your payment has been confirmed.

Thank You and Good Luck Bidding!

MINI’s Olympic Marketing Masterstroke

Wed, 08 Aug 2012

BMW has spent £40 million sponsoring the 2012 London Olympics, but it’s a small fleet of remote controlled MINI’s that provide the value. BMW has done all it can to promote its sponsorship of the 2012 London Olympics, and with a spend said to be in the region of £40 million, who can blame them? But it’s not just local shopkeepers and enthusiastic small businesses that are hamstrung by Olympic rules on advertising, the Olympic sponsors are too.
