We remove all stamps and marks and polish the heads to a mirror finish. The bolts have the appearance of Chrome without the headaches. The intake manifold kit uses 7/16 X 1 1/2 length bolts. These fit most aluminum intakes. If your intake uses a different length like 3/8 X 1 1/4, just let us know and we will substitute that length for you.
We send 7/16 X 1 1/2 if we do't hear anything different.
If you are using aftermarket parts on your engine, let us know and we can custom build a kit that fits your combination! Please include a note with your payment listing all modifications you want us to make on your kit.
The carb stud kit is designed to fit Carter, Edelbrock, Holley or any Throttle Body with a 1/2 inch thick base plate. The studs have an internal hex and a 3/16 Allen wrench is used to install them into your intake manifold. We also include flanged hex nuts and the proper size flat washers. If you are using a Quadrajet carb , just let us know and we will include a mounting bolt kit for you!

Our washers are custom made in the USA to our specifications. Alloy Boltz uses larger diameter and thicker flat washers in our kits.
Our flat washers give more support to your oil pan and valve cover rails. We also add split lock washers on some of the component kits to make sure things stay tight.
All of our washers are polished to make sure your finished project looks great!
The thin small diameter washers other sellers use offer almost no support and will cause your valve cover or oil pan rails to bend. If this occurs, the gasket will pinch and you will have oil leaks.

The release of a new generation of the Porsche 911 is always a major motoring event and the launch of the latest – the 991, which will make its debut in Frankfurt next month – appears to be the most significant since the icon switched to water cooling with the 996 in 1998. While quite obviously an evolution of the 997 and every version prior, the 991 is longer (+56mm), wider (+65mm) and lower (-11mm) than its predecessor, while the wheelbase has been extended in order to increase rear leg room and move the model further into the GT segment. Its front lamp graphics offer a visual link to the 918 concept car and sit above a set of angular DRL/turn signal units and enlarged lower mask intakes.

The latest Volkswagen Passat – the eighth generation, no less – was revealed in July as a sleeker, lighter and more upmarket Passat – one which could be an Audi if the badges were changed – as VW try once again to deliver a Passat that will make a real mark in its sector. Based on VW’s MQB platform, the new Passat gets a more rounded look, swept back headlights and a back end that looks more appealing and is set to go on sale on 7 October in VW’s UK showrooms. VW are only offering diesel engine options at launch, with a choice of a 118bhp 1.6 litre, a 2.0 litre with 148bhp or 187bhp and a 2.0 litre bi-turbo with 237bhp, DSG ‘box and 4MOTION.
