UP FOR AUCTION IS WHAT I BELIEVE TO BE A EXHAUST OUTLET BUMPER END BUT NOT 100% SURE CIRCA 50'S APPLICATIONS UNKNOWN. NO PART NUMBER OR MARKINGS WERE FOUND, OPENING MEASURES 2 3/4" DIAMETER ON THE INSIDE. THIS IS A NEW BUMPER END LOOKS TO BE REPLATED AGAIN NOT SURE.NO RUST DENTS OR DINGS CHROME PLATING IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. PLEASE CHECK YOUR APPLICATIONS BEFORE BIDDING, RARE FIND. The show is expected to have 236 cars and about 25 motorcycles, including vintage racers, 1950s and ’60s convertibles and of course, muscle cars.

Mon, 24 May 2010The 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee I don’t know why, but I always thought the Grand Cherokee an appealing SUV. It was soft and soggy in typical Yank-Tank way, and its interior trim owed more to the art of plastic than trees, but it had an appeal. More so in V8 mode than the Euro-Special diesel, although the current 3.0 litre is a lot better than the 2.7 litre it replaced.

Tue, 20 Mar 2012Southern California legends Ed Pink and Ed Iskenderian will be honored as Hot Rod Heroes at the Goodguys 12th Meguiar's Del Mar Nationals, March 30-April 1, at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. Both men bring decades of rich hot-rodding and motorsports heritage to the festivities. Pink, who was one of the world's premier engine builders in all racing platforms, will have a booth on the midway showcasing Ed Pink Racing Engines and his red 1929 Ford Hiboy roadster, his “Old Master” Top Fuel dragster and other Pink-powered hot rods.
