  Payments

We accept Paypal. Payment is required within 3 days after you purchase this item. At the end of the 7 day period an eBay item dispute will automatically be opened. 

  Shipping

  Sales Tax

If we ship this item within the State of Pennsylvania 6% sales tax must be added to the item total and the shipping total(PA State Law). unless you can provide us with a completed PA tax exempt form.

  Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If the items being returned needs to be repackaged, there will be a repacking charge. Include a copy of your invoice. You must ship orders back PREPAID. We do not accept COD shipments. No returns on installed parts unless they are defective.

  Liability Limit

In no event shall Stocklifts LLC or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the products, bids placed on eBay, eBay's services or these terms and conditions (however arising, including negligence), including lost profits, whether or not the possibility of such damages was, or could have been, known. Stocklifts LLC and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers, and their respective employees, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the product purchased hereunder. We do not offer a manufacturer's or any other warranty on this item(s). We assume no liability whatsoever for incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of or inability to use the products.

We cannot confirm vehicle applications beyond the information provided in the listing. Please don't wait until the last minute to ask questions about a particular listing. In general, email is not answered on weekends and holidays.
