Please see the Alto warranty page for details. Kolene Steel Plate Kit with all the Kolene steel plates required for your build is included with this kit. Kolene is a high performance steel plate which has a surface treatment that enhances wear and fatigue resistance from 200%-500%. These plates are higher heat resistant and offer increased lubricity. Kolene is a salt bath nitriding process. It is a thermochemical diffusion process, whereby ferrous parts are processed in molten salt with a specific nitrogen potential.

Fri, 28 Sep 2012The public debut of the slightly racy looking Hyundai i30 3-Door at the Paris 2012 shows it to be a convincing looking car. Sleeker and more sporty looking than its five door sibling, the 3-door i30 (we’ve said it before, it should be i30 Coupe) offers all the well-built, well thought out and decent looks of the 5-door version, but with a bit more panache. What it’s crying out for, though, is something a bit more interesting under the bonnet and the option of some nice alloys and a few subtle body modifications; perhaps a small spoiler at the back, some subtly bigger sills, more butch bumpers and a small ride height drop?

Now in its third generation, the 6 Series features a new interpretation of the traditional BMW coupe proportions: low and wide with a long hood and a long wheelbase. Measuring in at 4894mm long and 1894mm wide, the new car is 75mm longer and 39mm wider than its predecessor, but sits 5mm lower to the ground (at 1369mm tall).
