Chevrolet Mi-ray concept gets a new ‘mid-electric' hybrid powertrain
Thu, 31 Mar 2011General Motors Co. has unveiled a sporty South Korean-developed concept car that showcases a "mid-electric" hybrid powertrain that can run on electric-only front-wheel drive or tap a gasoline engine to turn the rear wheels for extra power. Dubbed the Chevrolet Mi-ray, Korean for "future," the compact, open roadster gets a carbon fiber body mounted on an aluminum chassis for lightweight performance.

Thu, 01 May 2014The new Nissan Juke (pictured) now on sale from £13,420 The ‘new’ Nissan Juke – revealed at Geneva in March – may not really be ‘new’, but it has been thoroughly updated for 2014 with new tach, new engines and more personalisation options than before. Trim levels are similar to the previous model Juke - Visia, Acenta, Acenta Premium and Tekna – with just the old N-Tec trim getting rebranded as Acenta Premium. The entry-level for the Juke is the 1.6 94PS in Visia trim which offers 16″ alloys, AirCon, CD with AUX-In and MP3 inputs, electric windows, daytime running lights and tyre pressure monitoring.

Tue, 14 Jul 2009Peugeot has confirmed that the Peugeot RCZ will be at Frankfurt in September Peugeot has announced that the Peugeot RCZ (they’re not bothering with the ’308′ bit) will finally hit the roads in Spring 2010. It took a while. Which should mean the RCZ is well and truly sorted, or will it just mean it’s out of date before it even goes on sale?
