Mon, 13 Jan 2014Motorcycle News Lotus has licensed its name for this 200 HP superbike. Motorcycle News is reporting that Lotus, the beloved sportscar manufacturer that launched a thousand acronymic reliability jokes--"L.O.T.U.S, Lots Of Trouble, Usually Serious"--has lent its name to a 200 HP, V-twin-powered superbike that is to be manufactured by a new company. While it does wear a lovely JPS-style livery, it's not clear where the lightness has been added or if it's been simplified.
Who's where: Jean-Arthur Madelaine-Advenier becomes Citroën's head of interior design
Wed, 20 Aug 2014Citroën has appointed Jean-Arthur Madelaine-Advenier as its new head of interior design. The 34-year-old Frenchman joins the firm from Tesla, where he had a brief stint as lead designer for interiors at the US-company's California studio. Madelaine-Advenier graduated from the RCA in London in 2003, then headed to Mercedes' advanced studio in Italy for a three-year stint as a junior interior designer.

Sat, 01 Oct 2005Mercedes-Benz has released pictures of their F600 Hygenius, designed in their advanced studio in Yokohama. It is the latest in a series of research vehicles by DaimlerChrysler that encase their latest technologies: appropriately, the fuel cell is the focus this time. The car is proportionally similar to the B-Class, with gawky graphics blending windows with headlamp lenses.
