My next door neighbor used to work for an automobile destruction company (where they would crush cars down to a flattened state for transporting to a scrap metal facility).  He told me that he got the idea to salvage the car computers that weren’t damaged, and sell them on the internet.  Three years later, when he was cleaning his apartment, he asked me, “Do you want these? I have lost interest in them.” I cannot blame him for tardiness, as that was almost a year ago, and I am just getting around to it myself. But I have a larger problem:  I do not drive and I know next to nothing about cars. This is from a 1992 Honda Accord (I found that written on a tag). ).  I researched it on the internet and found it at retail price $275.00. There are a bunch of numbers and bars on the computer:

VW group design future

Mon, 23 Jun 2008

By Adam Towler Motor Industry 23 June 2008 19:01 VW Group’s Design Director Walter De Silva shed light on the future direction of Volkswagen design during a lecture earlier this week at the old Fiat Lingotto factory in Turin. Extolling his own thoughts on design amid the current world – “constraints are what promotes creativity” - he described VW as being immersed in a process of defining their design language as Audi had already done to achieve the quality and diversity necessary. Audi design DNA was “understood by everyone in the company” he said, “right down to the smallest details”.
