Smaller Mercedes SLS confirmed, and with front-mounted V8 too

Thu, 06 Oct 2011

Baby Mercedes SLS AMG - or at least how it could have looked if mid-engined We’ve believed for some time that Mercedes were planning a smaller version of the SLS, but so far there’s been no official word. But that’s now changed, with AMG’s Christoph Jung telling AutoExpress that Mercedes and AMG are currently working on a smaller SLS, to go head-to-head with cars like the Porsche 911 and Audi R8. Koenigsegg can take the P1, LaFerrari & Huayra with the Agera R

So we thought it would be interesting to chat to Koenigsegg people – including Koenigsegg’s UK dealer Supervettura –  and get their thoughts on the new batch of supercars that could perhaps take some gloss off the offerings from Koenigsegg.

Eterniti Hemera updated; Eterniti Supercar teased

Sat, 17 Dec 2011

Eterniti Hemera - updated with a new nose and more back seat space Boutique car maker Eterniti has updated their Porsche Cayenne Turbo custom job – the Eterniti Hemera – before a launch in April 2012 at Beijing, and teased an Eterniti supercar. The Eterniti Hemera first showed itself at the Frankfurt Motor Show this year after a raft of enigmatic teases about a new luxury car brand. And when it turned up it looked just like the Porsche Cayenne Turbo on which it’s based, albeit with some Gemballa-esque mods.
