The whole VW Bluesport saga seems to have been rumbling on forever, but perhaps the latest rumour – that Porsche are about to revive the Porsche 550 – means the pieces of the BlueSport puzzle are now starting, finally, to drop in to place. Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible likely

It looks like Bentley are planning a convertible version of the Supersports Bentley introduced the Continental Supersports back at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year. A stripped-out (it only has two seats), flex-fuel powerhouse of a Continental, it is the quickest car in Bentley’s stable. But the focus at Bentley – certainly for the viewing public – has been all about the new Mulsanne.

Peugeot 207 GTI

The 206 GTI never recaptured the fizz that made its 205 predecessor one of the iconic pocket rockets, but Peugeot hopes to fix that this time round. For a start, the 206 gets the same turbocharged 175bhp 1.6 as in the Mini Cooper S; Peugeot-Citroen PSA collaborated with BMW, which builds the four-cylinder engines at its Hams Hall plant in the Midlands, UK.
