The Video Interface for Volkswagen RCD510 (VW radio without
factory navigation, please confirm your model number) will allow you to
add up to three video sources including backup camera, DVD iPod video
etc to your factory screen.
Please make sure that your vehicle has a head unit like the unit pictured below:
The interface for Volkswagen RCD510 will allow you to add up to three video sources to your factory screen. You will retain all of your original factory functions while being able to view additional video on the screen. The TVandNav2Go VW RCD510 Interface uses your factory buttons so that everything in the vehicle retains its factory look and feel.
If you're adding aftermarket backup camera, the image will display automatically on the factory screen when the vehicle is put in reverse.
The VW RCD510 unit is plug and play, however this does require you to open up the radio and replace a ribbon cable inside the radio with one that we provide. In addition, you will need to get power and ground to the interface. We provide full instructions for installing the interface in your factory headunit.
In addition, since our interfaces are video only, you will need to add something for sound like an aux in, or fm modulator if your vehicle does not have one already.

New Mercedes B Class Hydrogen Fuel Cell delayed until 2017
Mon, 28 Jan 2013Mercedes has decided to delay production of its B Class Hydrogen Fuel Cell car until 2017 as it seeks partners for economy of scale. We learnt last year that the new Mercedes B Class would spawn a version powered by a hydrogen fuel cell, and that Mercedes were planning to launch it in 2014. But that’s now been pushed back to 2017.

GM sees no potential buyers for Saab
Thu, 08 Jan 2009General Motors has found no interested buyers for Saab, sources familiar with efforts to sell the Swedish brand say. GM put Saab under "strategic review" as part of the long-term viability plan submitted to Congress last month. In a subsequent interview with Automotive News, GM Vice Chairman Bob Lutz said strategic review is "code for we realize they're not working and something needs to be done." GM has not announced a decision to sell the brand, but has quietly shopped it around, the source said.
