For sale is a neat find, a Budget-Priced Luggage Rack or Trunk Carrier for 2001-2008 Honda Reflex 250 Scooters. It looks like it's made from aluminum square bar stock and about all it would need is a quick shot of "Krylon" black spray paint to freshen up the appearance (shows some chips etc).

The top surface area is about 12-3/4" wide and tapers down to around 8-1/2". The 4 mounts are about 3-3/8" from the front bolts to the rear bolts and are 5-5/8" and 4-5/8" apart (side to side) in the rear.
