No returns on closeout items. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by mxmegastore within 14 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (many companies charge 20%). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. No returns on electrical parts or opened packages. If you need to return an item send it back to us in the original shipping box. Do not ship the item in the product box, it will get damaged. Include a copy of your invoice in the box and write on the bottom that you would like to return this item for a refund. All refunds must be in original packaging in unused condition with all tags attached.
