This means you won’t get a machine that is laden with problems – you’ll instead get a plasma cutter that you can use within minutes, because we KNOW it works properly.

We don’t skimp on anything.

For example, this machine is equipped with a LONG plasma torch. That’s really a pretty big deal, and we recognize that. Yes, you may see a similar machine out there for a competitive price from someone else, but it’s probably does not have a 19 foot long torch. That’s really a bit cheap, if you ask us.

Many sellers will skimp on torch length, supplying you with a ten foot plasma torch. We don’t – you get a NINETEEN FOOTER with us.

In fact, you can be completely confident about the machine you buy from us – it’s the best you can buy from China – PERIOD.

WARRANTY

This plasma cutter comes with a ONE YEAR Limited Warranty. During the 1st year we will repair or replace, at our discretion (and with no labor charge) any defective parts (excluding consumables.) Buyer shall arrange and pay for all warranty shipping.

PAYMENT

Please make your payment within 7 days of the auction’s end.

We accept all forms of PayPal payment. Please note that if you are paying by personal check, the merchandise will not be shipped until the check clears our bank.

We accept all major credit cards via our PayPal business account. You need not worry about having a PayPal account yourself - we can send you a PayPal e-mail invoice which you can then pay with your credit card (it's extremely easy.)

International customers will also be responsible for any customs, taxes, and importing fees.

RETURNS

No returns are accepted except for warranty work (which we happily do.)
We recommend that you save the original shipping box and packing materials in the (very unlikely) event the unit needs to be shipped for service. If there is a problem with the unit, let us know and we will send an RA number. Buyer shall be responsible for any and all warranty shipping costs.

SHIPPING , see the shipping calculator or ask us before bidding. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders are shipped with an additional $40 shipping fee. All other locales please ask for a shipping quote before buying.

We process orders and ship Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays.) Please note that we only ship AFTER payment has been confirmed. We also DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO's.
