Most items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment. Any payment received on Friday or Saturday will be shipped on Monday. You will receive the tracking info from us as soon as the item ships. Most items are shipped UPS but we can also use Fedex.  U.S. shipping rates do not include PR, HI or AK. Please contact us for the shipping cost there

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
