We ship worldwide to any destination whether you are from North America, South America, Asia, Australia / Oceania, Europe, Africa or the Middle East, we make sure that your order leaves our facility in a timely manner. **  For United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Major Asian Countries, normal postage
     time is approximately 9 - 18 business days.

**  For Western Europe and the rest of the world, normal postage time is approximately 10 - 18 business days except for Italy. There are cases that due to customs problem postage time to Italy might have longer time.

We charge the same shipping cost to customers worldwide (same shipping cost to United States, Europe and Australia) including insurance.

  RETURN & REPLACEMENT                                                                              

If the product malfunctioned under proper usage per instructions manual within the warranty period, please contact us to obtain shipping instructions and send it back at your shipping costs. A 7-days evaluation and investigation takes placed after receiving the returned item. A brand new replacement unit will be sent to you at our shipping costs if it meets our warranty requirements.

When orders shipped internationally reached the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
