This lower unit is fully functional.. Removed from a 1982 25hp Mercury 20" long shaft outboard.. Comes with everything exactly as pictured.. There are a couple little spots the the paint is chipped away but not serious.. Please have a close look at the pictures and know what your buying.. The oil has been removed for shipment so it will need to be refilled before using.. Also the Water pump and impeller is in great shape..
