AEM Universal Fuel/Ignition Controller 8-Channel 30-1930

AEM’s F/IC-8 is a piggyback engine control unit that works in parallel with the factory ECU. It enables racers to retard ignition timing and deliver accurate amounts of fuel without the need for outdated FMUs or “boost hiding” controllers. This system works on OBD-II-equipped race vehicles with non-factory forced induction systems with or without variable cam timing and prevents tuning limitations due to complex factory timing patterns.

  • Ideal for non-factory forced induction vehicles with variable cam timing (VTEC, VVTi, MiVEC, etc)
  • Will not affect climate controls, dash or other components on CAN-bus network
  • USB powered for calibration changes when removed from vehicle
  • On-board 41 PSIA (25 PSI boost) MAP sensor
  • 2Mb Internal data logging
