Shipping Information and eBay Feedback Request
Shipping Method:
For our Continental USA Customers: We typically ship FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, and USPS 1st Class Mail, 100% at our sole discretion. Due to how the automated eBay system works, sometimes our auction may specify (for example) FedEx Ground. However, we may actually ship your product with UPS or the USPS instead. If you require a specific type of shipping, or a specific courier, please contact us before purchasing this part. We will be happy to work with you to ship as you need.
For our non-Continental USA Customers: We typically ship US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or USPS 1st Class Mail. We typically have flat rate and affordable shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and all US Territories. Due to how the automated eBay system works, sometimes our auction may specify (for example) FedEx Ground. However, we may actually ship your product with UPS or the USPS instead. If you require a specific type of shipping, or a specific courier, please contact us before purchasing this part. We will be happy to work with you to ship as you need.
For our International Customers: We typically ship US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, USPS 1st Class Mail, FedEx International Economy, or DHL. We typically have flat rate and affordable shipping rates to over 200 countries! We reserve the right to ship via our choice of courier. If you require a specific type of shipping, or a specific courier, please contact us before purchasing this part. We will be happy to work with you to ship as you need. Please remember these shipping charges do not include any duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may accompany your shipment; all importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier, local or national governments are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by Myjdmparts. By law, Myjdmparts is required to list all package contents at the actual purchase price. If a package is refused rather than pay any importation fees, Myjdmparts reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipment, including customs clearance charges, from your product refund or abandon the package with no refund when the cost of return shipping is more than the original order.
Shipping Time:
For all of our Customers: Unless our auction specifically states a product is "In Stock", then shipping time can vary. Many items that do not state "In Stock" are in stock. However, some are not. Most items, but not all, that are in stock will ship the same business day your payment clears via Paypal, or the next business day, unless other indicated. Again, we ship within 1 business day of you pay with Paypal and the payment clears Paypal. If you choose to pay via Paypal with a check, bank withdrawal, or certain other Paypal methods, Paypal may not clear your payment for days or even a week or more. This is Paypal's policy - not ours. We have no control over their policies. Both Paypal and eBay inform us, as the seller, not to ship your product(s) until Paypal has cleared your payment.
Normal transit time for our 48 state USA customers is 1-4 business days, depending on how far you are from the warehouse we ship from. We ship from warehouses ranging from California to Texas, from Florida to Pennsylvania. When possible, we ship from the warehouse closest to your location.
For our International customers: Shipping time varies based on the shipping method we use, the country you are located in, and any unforeseen Customs delays that we have no control over. On average, shipping time for our International customers is 1 to 2 weeks, but this is an average, not a guarantee. If you need an item urgently, please contact us before you purchase so we may discuss your shipping time and shipping options.
Quantity on Hand / Quantity Available:
Quantity on hand is subject to change at any given time. We sell in three different markets which consists of a combination of eBay, multiple retail websites, and wholesale / business-to-business). Items on hand change very often and the eBay auction Quantity Available listed may not be accurate. Due to the rapid pace we may not always have the physical stock. Items out of stock will be shipped from a distributor or directly from the manufacturer. Keep in mind that each manufacturer and/or distributor have their own shipping terms and policies that both the buyer and the seller have to abide by.
Back Orders:
If a back order occurs, the buyer will be contacted as soon as we are notified by the manufacturer of such delays. An ETA provided by the manufacturer will be relayed to the buyer and the buyer will be given options to determine if he/she can or cannot allocate the extra time needed. A refund is only granted when both parties involved reach a mutual agreement. In the rare occurrence that an item is discontinued, the buyer will be notified immediately (as soon as such information is confirmed with the manufacturer). The buyer will be given multiple options. The options consist of superseding such item(s) with a replacement (if such options/replacements exist); otherwise the buyer will be granted a refund in full based on a mutual agreement among both parties.
Warranty:
All products we sell are 100% covered by their normal manufacturer's warranty when you purchase from us. For a free electronic copy of the manufacturer's specific warranty terms please contact us via the eBay system. We have been in business since 2005, and are here to assist you before, during, and after your purchase. In the rare event you have any issues with your item, please contact us and we will be happy to facilitate the warranty process and help you through it.

Payment Terms
We require that all payments be paid through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay). This allows you to pay with any credit card, debit card, bank account, or your Paypal balance!
Your address must be confirmed. Buyers who pay with unconfirmed addresses will not be accepted. Those that purchase with an unconfirmed address will be contacted and will be asked to cancel their bid; a refund in full will be issued. We refuse to service Paypal unconfirmed shipping addresses to prevent fraud on eBay. We do this at the recommendation of both Paypal and eBay. We are following their policies on how to best protect both us, the seller, and you the buyer.
