This Genuine Mercedes-Benz Bluetooth Module. Works Perfect. Comes with the module and instructions to install. It is the newest version that Mercedes Benz makes. It will fit all Mercedes Benz 2004-2009 that has the connector built-in to the armrest hmi connector(see Picture 3).   

Please make sure you have one in you armrest like the one in the picture.  If you have a e-class it is in the very back of the armrest cupholder.   Thank You.
