The radio is being sold for its external parts or for repair...its not intended as a working radio. These are returned radios or radios that we couldn’t properly test and are being sold only for the parts off of it, so there are no warranties or returns allowed on these radios.

We guarantee it to be received as pictured and with usable buttons and/or brackets less any damage described.

Please read all of the above and understand these are sold only for the parts and not to be intended as working radios!!

**EXPLANATION OF WHY WE SELL THESE RADIOS**

We have had numerous emails asking for buttons, knobs, brackets, storage consoles, backlight bulbs etc off of radios. Well, We have decided to sell core radios at a bargain. A dealer charges as much as $10 for a single knob, $10 each for bulbs, $70/hr labor if they even have what you need available!! If you are handy...you may be able to do yourself....you just need the right parts! This way....You get the entire radio as shown as described for the price you offer or bid! No haggling

***SHIPPING***

We ship only to the United States for Core Parts.We will not be selling core/parts radios to International countries purely because shipping is too expensive and with customs fees.......It would be more worth it to purchase a warrantied part.

We ship via UPS or USPS at our discretion. Shipping costs are a flat $15 anywhere in the US including PR, HI, and AK.

If your address is carrier specific, please notify us BEFORE making payment! Example being if you are in a rural area the USPS doesn't deliver to. Please call us to make payment or email us and get our response before making payment so we are notified before we ship. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any return ship costs by the carrier and the cost to re-mail the item.

****WARRANTY***

There is no warranty or guarantee on parts only radios!We are already explaining to you that it does not work. We do guarantee the external parts -buttons, brackets, etc to be as described above, but there is no return on these items for any reason.

***CODES/PROGRAMMING**

If you purchase a radio that needs to be programmed (newer GMs/Cadillacs,etc), please do not pay to do this on a parts radio. If you can get it done for free, after you repair the radio....go for it and see if you get lucky. If the radio you purchase needs a code, we include the vin# and serial# and most dealers will give you the code for free, but you need to check with your dealer first to verify that. We do not guarantee that it is free. Again, do not pay for a code for a parts only radio, it is only for parts!
