We offer a no-hassle return policy provided you use the eBay returns system. The single most important thing is to have a trackable tracking number that proves you returned your purchase to the address we give you from within the eBay return system. When you create your return with the eBay returns syste, we will automatically respond with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return address. This address may be different than the address we shipped the part to you from originally. Please do not return your item to the address on the packing slip unless it matches the return address on the return label. If you send your item back without first obtaining an RMA from us the warehouse will not know who to give the refund to and may accidentally refund a different customer who purchased the same item. The eBay return ID that begins with a 5 is not our RMA id. We create the RMA id internally for each return request. We are unable to to pay for air freight charges, labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses resulting from installation errors, defective parts, or 'parts that do not fit'.
