Please review the large and detailed photos we have provided with this listing.  It has been said that a “Picture Paints a Thousand Words”, so look closely at the large detailed photos we provide and we expect you will use the photos first and foremost to see the item condition, along with our description to support what you see.  Unless stated otherwise, what you see in photo(s) is what you will get.  Feel free to ask question(s) if you do not see something or if we failed to describe an item well enough.  We research past sales and try to price our items in line with historical sales, so you can Buy Now and not wait for an auction to end.

 

We buy or consign things from many sources… We review every used item we list on EBay.  We are not experts with these items (we think we are pretty good), nor do we test all aspects of each item.  If we know something is wrong with the item, it is broken, or not working, we are going to tell you what we know in the listing description.  We DO NOT want to mislead anyone about anything we sell.  We DO want buyers to be happy.   But at the same time, we cannot warrant or guarantee items to perform for any time-frame or under any specific conditions or application needs except as specified in auction listing, because we are not making dollars to cover costs associated with full-service retailing.   This is an auction…and it why you pay a fraction of new prices.

 

Our statements in the auction/listing are as reliable as we can make, but are not guaranteed. You may have to clean, lube, adjust, tune, fix or whatever to make the item fit you application or need.  We urge the buyer to carefully inspect items before use.  The seller bears no responsibility or liability for how it is used, fitness for use, product failures, injuries resulting from use etc… Use of this item is at buyer’s sole discretion and is their responsibility.

 

We may, or may not clean used items that we sell.  But no matter what or how, we don’t expect it will be to any standard of excellence, so please expect to do fine detailed cleaning yourself, if that is what you need or desire to reach your standard.  We expect buyers would clean items to the level of their desire.  Please use photos as a guide to condition and cleanliness… items may have dust from being in one or multiple storage locations over time.

RETURN POLICY

After receiving the item, contact us immediately if there are problems. All items we sell are As-Is, unless otherwise stated in the auction description, and we take pride in being accurate. We want all buyers to be satisfied with whatever is purchased from us, no matter what the description and/or circumstances.

 

We will consider providing refunds if we misrepresent the item in the listing, or if we feel compelled to do so after learning the issues you have discovered that we may have overlooked.  Refunds will be given as money back or item exchange (buyer's choice) if we are informed of a problem within 3 days of delivery.  We occasionally can make mistakes and we try to make it right for the buyer!  If we are in error we will try to work-out an amicable agreement with buyer, before asking to have the item sent back to us.  

 

Items must be returned in the same condition and the same packaging in which they were shipped.  We mark items for security and can see if item has been tampered with or altered.
