Mk I boot lid as fitted to Mk I Minis from approx December 1966 when the double-skinned lid came out.

 Panel is short square style license plate , not long Euro style, apparently a off an Innocetti Mini I am told

This is a good condition used item, primer-ed color but not finished or ready for  and paint, sold as-is look at pictures for all items included
