RETURN POLICY

Most Items are returnable within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply mail the item back with a copy of the receipt "Attn: Returns." Credit will be given within 7 days of receiving the items. Tools are only returnable in unopened packages. Customer assumes the cost of shipping the item back. Credit will be issued less the free shipping. Electrical items are not returnable items. Sensors, TPMS, ECM's, computers, Rotating Electrical, etc are returnable for warranty replacement only. Again, very important, Electrical items are not returnable. Gasket sets labeled "non returnable if opened" are not returnable. Hand tools are not returnable. Items that show signs of installer error or abuse will not receive credit. Buyer assumes return shipping unless we deem the error to be ours. A re-stocking fee of up to 20% may apply at our discretion.
