We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

We use UPS and USPS to ship all items. In some case we will use UPS freight for delivery. All items shipped through UPS will need a physical address. UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box.  All shipments going to PR, GU, HI, AK, or other US territories may have a surcharge added for mailing. 

International shipping
Most international shipments will be shipped through the post office. Feel free to contact us for expedited rates. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. If at any time you have questions about shipping please contact us. Please allow extra handling time to process your order.

APO, FPO, PPO
All packages shipping though an APO, FPO, PPO will be shipped through the Post Office (USPS).

All addresses with a P.O. Box will be shipped via the Post Office (USPS). In some cases we will try to contact you for an alternative physical address, especially high valued items.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. 

All items being returned must be received by us within 30 days of you receiving the item. When the item is received in good condition with no scratches, dents, signs of use and all manufactures materials including manual and box, we will issue a refund for the value of the product minus 20% for restocking if applicable.
