This is a Rare 1950 Oldsmobile 98 convertible right side pinch weld belt line moulding.  It is in great shape but does have two spots on curve that can be easily fixed see pictures.  Looks like it happened when someone was taking it off.  A quick polish and fix the two tiny dings on the inside and you have a like new molding.
