Items are packaged and shipped on weekdays M-F only. No weekend or holiday shipping. Once item is shipped, we have no control over postal delivery times. To keep shipping cost down, Items deemed over-sized by the post office will be shipped parcel post or Fed Ex at our discretion. If we have questions about your order we will contact you via ebay messaging.

  Items are UNTESTED unless otherwise stated. We use pictures as a large part of our description showing defects and several views of item. Please compare your part before purchase. If item looks different than your part it won't fit. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure part is correct. If unsure contact us and we will do our best to answer your concerns. We offer a 14 day return policy. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Please notify us immediately with any problems with the part so we may further assist you. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. There will be a 20% restocking fee for incorrectly purchased parts or properly functioning parts.
