All items will be shipped the day after payment is received. All items ship with FedEx Ground/Home Delivery unless otherwise specified. All items are picked up after 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Tracking numbers will be provided through eBay once the item is scheduled for shipment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to arrive.

Warranty and Returns

1. New Item Exchange or Refund
We will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our store within 3 days of you receiving the item. The exchange or refund item must be in original sealed condition without any damage. It’s buyer’s responsibility to pay the returning postage, we shall not be responsible for goods lost in transit when sending back. We recommend you obtain proof of postage in this case.
