I purchased the parts new to install in my 2013 Dodge RAM 2500 but afterwards was told I needed the whole kit (Body harness and radio harness). If your RAM is pre-wired (has the 8 wires from front to tailgate) then should be all you need. It was installed then taken right out once I realized I didn't have the correct body harness. My loss is your gains.  I know it fits my year without problem.
